Aftermarket Assassins Polaris RZR Pro XP / Turbo R / Pro S/ Pro R P90X Primary Clutch Separation Tool
We designed this tool to make splitting the primary clutch easier. The P90X clutches are the factory clutch found on 2020+ RZR Pro XP, 2022+ Turbo R/Pro S, 2022+ Pro R & 2021 RZR Turbo/Turbo S models. The primary clutch is held together by the primary bolt when operating. When the bolt is removed, the clutch can sometimes be split by hand with force and slide hammer action of the movable half. However, the tight splines of the spider make for tough removal of the outer half in 99% of clutches and this tool is the ticket.
Features:
- Removal of the outer sheave is needed to service the primary buttons, or split the clutch to replace the center idler bearing.
- Our tool makes removing the spider and movable half of the clutch a breeze as it uses the center clutch puller threads to push the two halves apart.
